You can pay with cash, online tranfer and banking. For online transfer and banking, please make sure that you watsapp/email the screenshot or photo of the prove of payment to us for our recording purposes.
Yes..you can...have to call us and make an appointment.
The project starts with a 50% deposit. Once we have completed and fulfilled our scope, the final 50% is collected and your website is then scheduled for launch.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our web hosting and domain accounts.
During our initial logo meeting, we first begin by discussing the client’s ideas, corporate colors, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work.
No. We are not printing company. We design only.
We do not believe in disappointing anybody with any form of hidden cost. It is our policy to be transparent with our clients with all costs itemized prior to the start of any project. You will be notified of any changes and adjustments. Work only progresses once you have agreed to any changes.

Final logo files can be delivered by a variety of means. Files can be emailed to you, or watsapp.
- JPG - PNG: These will have a larger file size but come with a transparent background.
