The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all services provided by Hana Design Enterprise.

  • 50% deposit required before designer start the design. Balance payment to be paid immediately after designer finished the work requested.


  • A.i, pdf, jpg file will be emailed to customer upon payment fully paid.

Terms & Conditions



  • The website will be created using WordPress (Template).
  • Including Hosting & domain name for one year. The total amount is still same as stated whether clients want or don’t want to purchase the hosting + domain from the designer.
  • We don’t create e-commerce website (product selling & payment gateway website).
  • The content of website (menu by menu) to be provided by client themselves.
  • Design in English or Malay Language Only!


  • Receive 100% payment from client -> Designer purchase Hosting & Domain -> After 2 days, hosting and domain activated -> Receive contents from client -> Designer start set up website -> Designer give template (Layout & Color) to client choose from -> Designer design website -> Designer show the web to Client -> Face to Face 30 minutes website manage tutorial.

HOSTING + DOMAIN   ~ Customers to provide :

  1. Photo of Identity Card (I/C)
  2. Email Address to register website
  3. SSM (if have any)
  4. Domain name other than .com / .net / .org / .biz / .info will be charged extra

From the following year customer will have to pay for the hosting and domain name their own selves. Designer will show how to pay.


~ Customers to provide :

  1. Logo in a.i / png format
  2. Menu List ( About us , contact us)
  3. Contents in Microsoft word / pdf format
  4. Pictures of their business / product (Optional)


Email will be created using webmail only.  Etc:

Designer will provide username & password.


~ 100% payment  to be paid before designer can start the design.

~ The hosting, domain name, tutorial and set up + email fees not refundable.

Terms & Conditions



  • The customer agrees that changes required over, or in addition to the agreed scope, or where the client makes changes to the supplied copy or changes required to be carried out after acceptance of the design, will be liable to a separate charge.
  • The customer also agrees that Hana Design Enterprise holds no responsibility for any amendments made by any third party, before or after a design is published.


  • A cancellation fee for work commenced or completed shall be paid by The Client, with the fee based on the stage of project completion. The fee will not exceed 100 % of the total project cost. This fee will be based on hours already spent on the project.
  • Designer have all rights to declined or reject to design for client any time, but have to pay back amount of money customer paid.


  • Finished design will be shown in our portfolio without client consent unless client requested to not display their design in our portfolio.
  • All design work  will be allowed for use by Hana Design Enterprise for portfolio purposes,  and on the website for the sole purpose of advertising services.


  • We are not responsible for proof reading any designs. The Client is responsible to check proofs and other deliverables carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations.


  • The Client must inform the designer before the project commences if any portion of any material or information provided by The Client is confidential.


  • We are not responsible for the Backup of any Final Designs once supplied to the Client. After final delivery, backup arrangements can be quoted for separately if requested for by The Client.


All work is carried out by Hana design Enterprise  on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.
